Our board of directors consists of five members. Under the board are Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee.

Board Chairman and CEO: Mr. Bu Shengfu
Post graduate and senior engineer. Once served at Shenzhen Seg Group, Shenzhen Jun An Industrial Company. Concurrently as Chairman of Long-e Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
Director: Mr. Jin Yushan
Undergraduate degree, senior economic engineer. Currently hold the position of president of Julong Educational Technology Co., Ltd.
Director: Mr. Chen Dong
Postgraduate degree. Currently hold the position of Chairman of Maple Leaf Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Director and COO: Mr. Xu Rujiang
Graduate from junior college, and as an economist. He once served at Shanxi Fenhe Industrial Office, Yongkang Health Products Corporation of Hong Kong Nanbei Xing Group and Shenzhen Xiansheng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. Currently hold the positions of general manager of Long-e Technology (Shenzhen) Co, Ltd; president of Shenzhen Chefu Industrial Development Co., Ltd.
Director and CFO: Mr. Jeffrey Liang
Postgraduate degree, holds a M.B.A. from Wuhan University, and has also taken advanced seminars on international finance sponsored by the Ford Foundation and advanced international M.B.A. coursework through Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) (University of Montreal, Canada). Once worked for the Wuhan Municipal Government, Hubei, China. Also served at China Eagle Securities and First Capital Securities (both are Chinese Investment Banks ). Concurrently as Company Secretary.
Principal Controller: Ms. Li Xiangdong
Undergraduate degree, CPA. She once served in Wuhan Textile Industrial Bureau, Sanjiu Corporate Group, Shenzhen Starsea Co. Ltd., Shenzhen Yintai Industrial Development Co, Ltd. Currently hold the position of Principal Controller of Long-e Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
Chief Technical Officer: Mr. Liu Junyun
Postgraduate degree. Once served as a Project Manager for Techride Co., Ltd., Canada, a company specializing in development of computer software.
Chief Engineer: Mr. Yin Zhongjun
Postgraduate degree. Serve as Chief Technical Officer for Long-e Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. from December 2000 through June 2006. Prior to joining Long-e, Mr. Yin worked at Shenzhen Zhonghang Computer Company, and Shenzhen JunĄŻan Technological Company.
